On the sleeve is one word: NEPANTLA
Nepantla comes from Nahuatl and refers to being in the middle or between. For this piece, we use that idea to speak to an experience familiar to many people raised between cultures: carrying the traditions, memories, language, and history of one place while building a life in another.
